ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
Deep level
Floorwork is a dynamic workshop approached through Jean-Baptiste’s Effortless Flow practice. Blending contemporary dance, hip-hop foundations, and movement research, the workshop focuses on fluidity, efficiency, and adaptability in relation to the floor. Through drills, guided improvisation, and movement phrases, participants explore transitions, momentum and coordination while developing a grounded yet free approach to movement. The workshop encourages dancers to challenge physical habits and discover more organic and responsive ways of moving.
