Open Studios

Open studio is a concept where dance makers invite you to get a sneak peak in the middle of their process. It's a way of helping the artist to move forward but also a generous way to share with the audience. All dance maker have 30 min at their disposal.

Potpourri Dance - LOOP

Potpourri Dance is an Austrian dance collective & company founded by Farah Deen and Olivia Mitterhuemer, working between Hip Hop, House Dance, and contemporary art.

LOOP moves between precision, synchrony, and freedom. Movement circulates in a continuous flow: formations emerge, lines shift, structures dissolve and reassemble — a loop that drives transformation. Rooted in House Dance, the choreography is musically attuned and rhythmically precise, yet remains fluid and permeable. Inspired by digital filters that stretch time and shift perspective, LOOP unfolds as a layered visual landscape where patterns intensify and disperse. A choreography that breathes and flows.

LISA JANBELL - Deep Leap

Lisa Janbell is an artist, choreographer and dancer based in Stockholm. Her practice is based on many years of immersion in ceremonial and ritual performing arts, rooted in collective processes.

Deep Leap invites the audience into a choreographic soundscape where movement and sound merge into a sensual, ever-changing atmosphere. With body-worn microphones and a responsive technical solution that captures the dancers' movements, the dancers modulate and generate the soundscape in real time.

The work takes place in a borderland between choreography and sound, between the digital and the physical, and explores how choreography can create sound, in a landscape in constant transformation where figures, energies and states arise, dissolve and begin again.

Deep Leap wishes to provide a hypnotic and somatic experience where listening becomes physical and perception is gently disturbed. A shared space for presence, resonance and imagination that navigates our technological contemporary without losing the human, physical and spiritual.
