Damon Frost is a Los Angeles born and Stockholm based dancer. Known universally as “Rubberband” for his dynamic waves. He is credited for having the biggest effect on the popping style in Europe. You have seen him dance behind hip hop royaltys like Queen Latifah and toured the world with the Rock Steady Crew. Influencing other acclaimed dancers across Europe including Storm, Salah, Mr Steen and Rowdy. Damon is not only a dancer, he is also a music producer and rapper, receiving a Swedish Grammy nomination and winning a Swedish P3 Gold National Radio Award as one half of his pan-global hip hop progressive band, Hearin’ Aid.
Damoin will teach a workshop with foucs on rhythms.
In this workshop you need a high level dance experience not particularly in the same style as the workshop. During these workshops a higher tempo will be maintained with a focus on each teacher's individual technique.
