‍About the performance - A work in progress
In "PULS" I wants to investigate what is created when we collectively connect to the power of the pulse. We often treat this ability as secondary in today's performing arts in Sweden, but I want to raise it high and give it a place. The unifying ability that can be used for everything from the creation of the most beautiful, powerful music and dance, to the most terrifyingly powerful army. I want to let the rhythm emerge through listening to the work's pulse. The pulse which on the one hand can be as mathematical, precise and detailed, as lively, soft, malleable and alive like water. The meeting in the embrace of this power and the exploration of this ability is something that will guide the PULS project from beginning to end - Yared

Puls is a work in progress showing, which means that it is not a finished pieced that will be showned.

It's a free showing but you still need to book a ticket to secure a seat.

After the performance there will be a talk with the choreographer.

About Yared
Yared is a dancer, composer, choreographer and DJ. Active in the Streetdance scene and in other performing arts spaces.

2006–2013 Yared was active in the Battle scene and was often seen at events such as Streetstar (Sweden) and Juste Debout (France). In recent years, he has participated as a dancer in a number of different performances, for example Idiom and Drone by Erik Linghede, Mental States of Sweden in Dance by Mattias Andersson with the Cullberg ballet, Tillvaron och Festen by Viktor Fröjd and Kontakt by Lisa Janbell.
