About the workshop
Scanning through
In this workshop, we'll delve into the interplay between you, your body, other bodies, your surroundings, and sound. By continuously scanning our bodies, we can increase our understanding of our perceptions.
Moving and shifting our gaze helps us to stay «in the now», but also helps us with our imaginations, dreams and creativity. This practice is a research in my works, my dance and my being. The tools are collected from various choreographers and artistic practices that inspires me and reminds me of the incredible power and ability we gain through dancing. We will be moving together throughout the 90 minutes, exploring your own dance.

* Advanced. In this workshop you need a high level dance experience not particularly in the same style as the workshop. During these workshops a higher tempo will be maintained with a focus on each teacher's individual technique.

The workshops will be held in english.

About Jens Trinidad‍
Jens Jeffry Trinidad is a Norwegian-Filipino performing and creating dance artist, with a background from X-RayUKH in Oslo, where he initially ventured into hip-hop/street dance in the late 90s. He has collaborated with various artists, including Homan Sharifi/impure Company, Elle Sofe Sara, Rosalind Goldberg, Manuel Pelmus, Viktor Fröjd, Panta Rei Danseteater, Bounce, Twisted Feet, Deep Down Dopeizm, and more
